Not to enter room bc of bad key system. Not fixed
The food was great, the entertainment staff and resort staff were all great, and that’s where the great stopped. The rooms were outdated and run down. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The biggest problem was our not opening. Nine different times and one day we had to get our keys, reactivate or changed. And turn out that the door lock was bad, and we were told it would be fixed within 20 minutes. 5 hours later it still wasn’t fixed and it never did get fixed. It was raining this entire day, so it wasn’t like we could go to the beach and hang out or hang at the pool while we waited. We literally sat in the chair, chairs underneath the awning, waiting for someone to get us into our room. We literally wasted a whole day, waiting to get into our room because the door did not function properly. It got to the point on the final two days that we didn’t even use our key cards. We had to leave the window unlocked and reach through and open the door handle to get in and out, because the door key card system was never changed. I voiced my displeasure with the front desk and told them if it didn’t get rectified I would be writing this review. Well, here I am writing the review so that tells you all you need to know.

NOT really All-Inclusive!!! Bad Enough that hotel charges $3.00/day for wifi. They don't tell you it is $3 per device! One laptop & 2 phones - $9/day. $3/day to use the safe!!! Who charges for a safe. BullS*** Only Dominican made liquors are included. Food is typical buffet mundane. You might pay more, but go to a REAL all-inclusive.

This is my favorite resort! It's my third time staying here. The staff are simply wonderful, Manolo, junior great and sol is great. The property is beautiful.. I like the rooms they were nice and cool. I always love their shows and their buffet which is on point . I enjoy the Chinese food restaurant and the seafood part or day of the restaurant.. I like the fact that the waiters are on point and very intentive. It was just one day that the Wi-Fi didn't work but luckily you got resolved the next day in the afternoon. The drinks were okay.. the resort have a great welcoming as well with a drink. Me being there few times and recognizing some of the workers it was like seeing old family lol.. I really enjoyed the pools and the pool bar. Only have one complaint which is the gym. The gym equipment there is very dated and it needs to be new equipment because only the treadmill worked.. it will be great if it closed at 9:00 instead of 8:00pm. I'll be back soon everything is definitely four out of five stars

We had a great experience at the check in. However, the room was super small and old. The bartender by the pool seemed like he didn’t want to be there; looked very unhappy and the service was not the best. The food at the buffet was cold and the temperature in the room was outrageous. My stay was ok. For the price I paid, I would say I got my moneys worth. The resort was nice but the restraunt options vary each day and you have to make reservations. Each time I went to make reservations, the lady was not there. When I went back there were no more reservation times. Also, when my boyfriend was not feeling good, I was told we could not take the food back to the room. They said only I could make him a plate, have the workers wrap it up and deliver it to the room. I could not have my own to go plate to eat with him because I was not sick. Aside from that experience, they stay was ok. We enjoyed the pool and the lounge chairs at the beach. Food was mediocore, some things were good, some things were bad. 5.5/10 for the food.

en las habitaciones suele fallar el aire acondicionado, me cambiaron de habitacion por un tema de aire acondicionado y pude notar que las quejas acerca del aire fueron muy frecuentes. el servicio en los restaurantes es bueno, y cuando hacen la noche dominicana es lo mejor, pero en sentido general por el precio que se paga, diria que esta muy bien, de acorde con su precio.
