The Majestic Elegance was a good experience, but there were some downsides that don’t need complete highlighting. The place needs a minor facelift as maintenance crew is constantly working on things. The TV was small and outdated, we couldn’t watch it because it was blurry. Our balcony curtain was broken which I was not pleased about for privacy reasons. Doors need to be replaced and a pest mat should be put under the door we saw a geico crawl into someone’s room which prompted us to put towels under our door. My mom was burned by the habachi grease but they rebooked her for another so she’s satisfied. No one helped us with our bags they put another couple before us so we just carried them ourselves. There was feces in the toilet when we arrived which was gross for a room that was supposed to be clean. Pros: the entertainment was amazing each night, food was okay, but the virgin drinks were amazing. I would have a menu posted as each bar so people know what they can order. I had to learn as the days went on. Staff is beyond friendly, my favorite restaurant was sea and see. Everyone makes you feel accepted and beautiful. I would recommend to families for sure.

Property was clean and most workers were friendly/helpful. I requested 2 beds for our room but was put in a King room. We made a request to our butler to have the room changed and never heard back. In fact, we never saw our butler again except once in passing on our way to dinner. The room was spacious and the front desk was kind enough to send a standalone twin bed to accommodate the two bed request. Overall, a decent property that I would visit again.

Accommodations: Our luxury junior suite was a highlight, offering ample space. The room was elegantly furnished, and the bed was comfortable. We had the pleasure of having Jenny tidy up our room and she did a great job. As well as being very friendly. Amenities: The resort boasts fantastic amenities. The pristine private beach and the expansive pool area were perfect for relaxation. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Santa, Maxima, Angelina, Joel, and Henry by the poolside. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their warmth, liveliness, teamwork and professionalism significantly enhanced our experience and created a warm environment. Dining: Majestic Elegance offers a diverse array of dining options. Each restaurant we visited provided a unique and delightful experience. The buffet also stood out with its variety and delicious offerings.
