So not helpful - hope he owns the place - terrible guest impression for any review.

We had only 3 plastic cups and 2 small hand soaps in the washroom. Nothing was provided in the hotel. The hotel is quite old , but it is near the train station and easy to take shuttle to the cruise terminal.

Italy🇮🇹trip🇮🇹!!
Nice location & the room was average. We had a veiw of the ocean. Cleaning crew was very nice & did a great job. Front desk was friendly & the gentleman checked us in early which was very helpful, as we were tired from our flights from MCO to JFK to FCO. We prepaid for the our daily breakfast & it was good, definitely worth it. The only person that was RUDE for our stay was the dark haired lady (ponytail) & she worked in the breakfast area daily! She was RUDE to us the minute we arrived at the hotel when we nicely asked her where the bathroom was located! Other than her, the staff at the hotel was wonderful!

In order to go to the toilet you had to go in sideways and then pull your legs under the sink. To enter shower turn sideways put 1 leg in tub, drag your bare butt across the sink to get in. Low water pressure. Had to jiggle toilet button after flushing to stop running.american 2 star. Breakfast was good.

Easy to find and a great location with many dining options in the area. The staff were super friendly and helped us find a great restaurant. The rooms are basic, but very clean. Would recommend.

The female concierge we had on the day of our departure was lovely and very helpful. The bathroom was big and fabulous, although the small shower screen meant that the bathroom got flooded when we had showers.

2/10 Poor

the reception area is the best part of the hotel. The receptionist was kind enough to hold our baggage because we arrive early. That was the end of the good. The AC in the first room was not working properly. The bathroom was old with mold in the grout in the tub. The surprise was bedbugs and a ton of mosquitoes in our room that were crawling on the furniture. We reported it and was promptly moved to another by A very rude man at the front desk. The new room was newer but the showerhead was broken and the faucet in the tub was covered in hard water so it ran funny. We had to take standing baths because it. The breakfast was appalling fruit flies and gnats every where. Then they had the nerve to check out room key when we sat down in the breakfast room. Don't stay here you will regret it. The pictures are of the second room.

2 minutes walk from the train station, plenty of restaurants and bars right outside, nice area to walk along the water and easy to walk down to the port or get a shuttle for cruises. Hotel itself was lovely, big rooms, comfy beds, very clean and tidy, helpful staff

4/10 Fair

This probably was a nice hotel at one time, but maintenance and upkeep are sorely lacking. The air conditioning is non existent as other reviews also stated. After checking into our room I went to the front desk and asked them how to turn on the air in our room. Apparently you cannot turn it on, up, or down from your room. The front desk person said that she would send someone to check while we went to early dinner. We don’t believe that they ever checked on it as I am sure they get the same complaint all the time. The only way to get air in the room is to open the window, however there are no screens on the windows. Although our room was uncomfortable for sleeping without opening the window, we finally had to close the window as we were being bitten by mosquitos. The paint above the shower is severely peeling, another sign of poor upkeep. With the lack of hotel maintenance and care, we surmised that the 8 Euro breakfast may not be all that great either so we had breakfast at a nearby cafe before boarding our cruise ship. The only reason I did not give this hotel a one star is because the bed was comfortable and I appreciated that the hotel provided info on where to catch the 6 Euro shuttle to the cruise port.

No air conditioning in the hotel. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the front desk and she said there were no other rooms available so I had to keep the smelly room. The hotel offered breakfast and it was acceptable but not great. Front desk woman was a big help with transport and restaurants.

The problems were not totally the hotels fault per se. There was a heavy rain during the evening, we lost power for a few hours, but we were without water for over 8 hours. No communication or explanation from staff. The room was adequate, simple, clean, very outdated bathroom in need of repair.
