Excellent location makes this true luxury hotel a great choice! Service was excellent everywhere in the hotel. A huge spread at breakfast with well thought of selections. The only issue I faced was - our room was NOT upgraded despite there being less than 100% occupancy! Of course at check-in I was told our room has been upgraded to a larger size. Having architectural background, the room was the same as booked !!

The Team were absolutely amazing and took a genuine interest in makeing our stay 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble and it all those littlevthings that made the experiance even better. E.g. This was our second stay at this property. The service from all of their staff is exceptional. We left at 5am to catch a flight and they had our breakfast in a box for us. They go out of their way to make you happy. Will definitely stay there again

Check-in was not good. Staff told me that there was an issue with my room and that they had to move me to a new hotel, 3 mins from this hotel. They gave me 3 different reasons of why they wouldnt be able to accommodate me. 1st reason was due to an issue with the room. 2nd reason was due to the room not being ready and then the 3rd reason was because they overbooked. So all in all, they were lying about why they couldnt honor my reservation. After going back and forth with them, they finally gave me a room and upgraded me because of my room not being available. Then, when needing a late check out, they didnt want to honor 5pm which they told me the other hotel would give me that at no additional cost (only spending one night and flight was at 8pm the following day). After going back and forth with them, they honored it. It could have been a great experience but the fact that I had to fight for my reservation was a big turn off. I could go into greater detail but it's too much to write.
