The hotel was fairly cheap and the location was pretty (approximately 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Uber).

They don't have breakfast, and the amount you have to pay for them to serve it is extremely limited. It has no elevator, no rooms on the first floor, and the stairs are narrow. The rooms are not comfortable enough to have more than one suitcase, they are not spacious. Everything is distant and nearby eating places are limited. They even have an employee who should not be working with foreigners, he has hostile treatment.

3 stars, a decent hotel at the outskirts of Paris
We stayed at this hotel to visit Paris for 3 days and it was okay. Nothing went wrong, just nothing fancy to expect. If you are coming with the idea that you want a safe, quiet and decent bed to sleep during your trip, this hotel will do great for you.

I cannot be an accomplice in the crime of calling this place a hotel. It is truly a crime to deceive people in this way. I don't know if Expedia really doesn't care about quality control in subscribers' locations? There is no elevator for service and there is no maintenance for anything. The site also lacks any services. There is only an Indian restaurant and an Asian restaurant. There is only one supermarket that is closed most of the time. Only one public bus passes nearby. The workers at the place do not help with carrying bags or anything

The staff is lovely and the property is above average for a low-cost Parisian hotel. My room was large but dated, which is to be expected at this price range. The area was very safe and accessible by train but not metro. It's no thrills, but I found it very acceptable for my needs. If you're on a tight budget, this hotel is a good choice.

Staff was very friendly. The room itself was OK. But the carpet on the stairs in hallways need to be replaced. I did notice they had some flooring off the lobby… So hopefully they will be using that flooring to be placed all of the carpeting. Otherwise it was fine .

Good to get a 3 single bed room (209) but it was so cramped, all 3 beds were jammed up against each other. There was scarcely any other floorspace, just enough for 2 of 3 small suitcases. For the price you expect some cleaning to have been done in the intervening decades but really the amount of human hair & grime on the floor & closet bathroom were disgusting. This really should be listed as a backpackers not a hotel. No room fridge. Redeeming features were ok beds comfort-wise, friendly & helpful staff & close proximity to Parc des Princes, a local market & supermarket, patisserie & Gare Matabiau. Otherwise one to avoid, especially for families but could be within tolerance for budget travelers. It's not that hard to put in a little effort for cleanliness but this place feels exploitative just because it's Paris.

I would give Zero Star
- Building is very old and rooms have no air condition or even a fan
- Bed sheet and blanket were not clean
-even though area around the hotel were not busy but loud motorcycle were passing by whole night
- free internet provided by the hotel is a JOKE and unusable. you need to pay for internet separately.
DON NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

We stayed all of 30 minutes before packing up to find somewhere else to stay at 11pm because:
- towels had fresh yellow stains on them
- bathroom stank of sewage
- noise from the street
- bedsheets were dirty no pillow cases
- floors were dirty
- room had not been cleaned of previous guests
- we paid extra for a twin room, they gave us a double
Despite being unable to provide a clean and safe environment, the hotel is also refusing to cooporate with Expedia and give me a refund.

needs work
The staff were pleasant & helpful but the hotel was very dated and not very clean.
We did have clean sheets and the towels were changed daily too but i think as the carpet was threadbare and the hotel in need of updating this made things look worse.

The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were small and didn’t seem all that clean. It worked for us as backpackers but I wouldn’t recommend bringing a family here. No AC so it was very hot in room.
