Staff was amazing. The owner was there to check me in and it was very easy. The room was big and bathroom was big. Very clean rooms and property. Breakfast was good also. Only complaint was that there were bats underneath the tile in the room I was in. You could hear them at night. I know management couldn’t do anything as they are protected, but it was a little disturbing at night. Other than that I love the property and would come back

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jardin. Customer service was 10/10, the shower was hot, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the square, which was perfect if you prefer a quieter hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay. It was easy to find and the staff all around were great. The facility is well kept with nice amenities but still small enough to feel personal. The breakfast was fresh with great coffee. Don’t forget to pet the house animals as they were a nice touch to this property.

We left a pair of ray an sunglasses and we were notified in Expedia email. We drove back to Granada from Leon to pick them up. She. We are arrive the wife (Guatemalan) from the Owner (Steve) told us that it was not ours that some one else have lost them. We were so mad for making us drive all day and saying this when we l ew these were ours. We only recovered a battery pack which had no use for anyone else.

The owners are super nice and kind,very helpful with advice or booking trips or any problem that may arise.The property and the rooms are just like the pictures,clean and very beautifully decorated. Super clean, safe and friendly . Gated property and parking , didnt even feel the need to lock the doors while we were on the property enjoying the super clean and beautiful pool area. Breakfast was super yummy and fast service. Would definately stay again !
