Great hotel near UCLA medical center
Great stay within easy walking distance to UCLA medical center. I needed one night so I could stay with a family member having a procedure and this hotel was great. Clean, easy parking, safe location and friend staff. The onsite restaurant was delicious as well.

Service in Restaurant was Not Good
The service staff in the restaurant were decidedly unenthusiastic and not efficient nor responsive. I was shocked as this was the exact opposite of my experience the last time I stayed at this hotel when I WANTED to give a tip and found out they were a tip less location. Very disappointing and I was there for several days. They were not short staffed—I would often see several wait staff standing together and talking but had to ask repeatedly for more coffee , a glass of water that was ordered right at the beginning and other things. Twice we got the wrong order. The second day it happened we just didn’t say anything because it was clear they cared little about doing things well.

Had a wonderful stay at Luskin. The front desk staff are very friendly and respectful. Great experience with check in. Restaurant staff are little rude but I wouldn’t consider that as a major issue compared to every other positive experience and I am really glad to stay here. Very close to Beverly Hills and easy to travel from here to any tourists attractions. Overall, I strongly recommend to stay here.

Beautiful, clean, quiet with a nice lobby
This was a beautiful hotel located on the UCLA campus. My family and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the LA area. The college campus has beautiful buildings and manicured gardens for walking. We were there during winter break so it was pretty quiet and buildings were not open. When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a list of restaurants in the area and a map of campus. The lobby has seating for relaxing. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the pillows were very small. Otherwise the room was comfortable and big enough for a family of 4. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one night. Staff was friendly and polite. Food was delicious. We parked in the garage under the hotel. Price was about $40 per night and allowed in and out privileges.

Love the hotel, Hate the bed.
The Luskin is perfect for those who have any business with ucla health center. They provide shuttle services back-and-forth, then you don't have to drive it. Hotel was beautiful. Surroundings were beautiful.Food was good.Hotel room was lovely. My only discontent about the hotel was the bed. I woke up each morning with a horrific backache. The beds are hard as a rock.
