Very comfortable and relaxing stay with a beautiful lake view, excellent service, and delicious food. I’ve already recommended it to a friend and will definitely come back again. Close to Hakone Jinjya Heiwa 平和の鳥居. Walk around 7-8 minutes.

Very nice onsen , beautiful and clean. With a nice view of lit up trees, very peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly we saw Mount Fuji from the beautiful garden which was the highlight of our visit in Hakone.

I really enjoyed my time at this stately hotel. The staff are beyond helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the baths were just what I needed after a long day exploring the region. The restaurant was able to accommodate my gluten-free needs for breakfast and the shuttle bus from Motohakone was great. This is a region that needs to be experienced and this is the place to do it in comfort.

Hotel next to the lake with amazing views - service was very good but facilities need upgrading and remodeling. Very limited options to move around unless you bring a car - access to taxi is very limited: options for food at the hotel are limited but we had dinner one of the nights and it was excellent. Japanese breakfast was a unique experience but it is not for everyone.

The stay went very well. The sights and scenery were elite and remarkable. The food service was well put together and efficient. I appreciated that the hotel works with a luggage delivery service and helped make the stay a little more convenient apart from trying to send the luggage to Narita airport the day before we left and they were unable to.
