Shuttle Issue
We had a problem with the airport shuttle pickup when I arrived. I called from the airport and waited where I was instructed. After 45 minutes I caught a cab to the hotel. When my cab pulled up to the hotel I saw the shuttle parked. I touched the hood and it was cool, as I expected. It never came.

You can only check in at 16:00 and check out at 11:00. Parking fee is 25 USD. You can only get a room at 15:00 on the first floor where you can hear noise. There is a bad strategy to fill the first floor.

Hotel disappointment 😞
Would not recommend this hotel. We checked in and wanted to use the pool and was told the pool was not working. Then later that evening we went and bought steaks for the grill only to find the grill not working. Then to top it off, wanted to relax by the Gas fire pit they have only to find out that that was not working either. The breakfast that was offered was nothing to write home about either. I would definitely look elsewhere for a hotel that has accommodations that actually work.

Pleasantly surprised.
Hotel outside needs some sprucing up but the inside is very nice and comfortable and clean. Employees are kind and friendly. Their breakfast is excellent and they keep on their toes keeping it fresh and clean. We were impressed. They also have a cute little bar and meeting area with happy hour.

Very disappointed customers
We had no pool, it was out of service reason for booking. We had to speak to manager to get in room earlier because we had no facilities to use and they only wanted to give us oneat first. Then we got a call for second room after I said my brother had a disability to take care of . Fire pit for night didn’t work. We got steaks for our group of 4 over $50 to put on grill . The grill did not work. We had to spend more money on pizza. First time stay and last . Very disappointed. No discount or sorry
