I had a very pleasant stay. Facility is SUPER clean and the staff is excellent . My first night stay was in a “no smoking” room but it smelled of cigarettes. After an easy room change, everything was amazing. The breakfast was very good and rotated items daily. I will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the stay and the near by places to eat. I notice that like me many people depart early so can't get breakfast. Open at 0600 would be much better. Most of us seniors are up and about before 0500. .

改札を出た所にスーパー7:00〜24:00あり。 セブンイレブンもすぐ近くにある。 徒歩8分に天然温泉が有りとても快適。 食事もそこで済ませられる。 朝食は和洋バイキング6:30〜行列が出来るので 早く行かないと席が無くなる。 部屋でも食べられるので時間があるのであれば 部屋でゆっくり食べるのもあり。

全般に落ち着いた良いホテルでした。南多摩という場所がメジャーではないのかインバウンドの方々もほどほどで代わりに高校生サッカーチームらしき人たちが宿泊されていて、なんとなくほっこりした感じ。福地桃子似のフロントの方の献身的な応対に感銘を受けました。アットホームでよかったです。
