We hade a lovely stay at this hotel! A free upgrade to a beautiful room at the top of the hotel with at even more beautiful view led to this being one of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff were very helpful and nice, the breakfast was very good and had everything we needed.

In general, this hotel had a very friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were kept very clean, and the front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. They opened the restaurant after renovations the day before we arrived, so we got to enjoy it on day 2. The staff was organized, friendly, helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! They had a good knowledge of what was gluten free, and had gluten free toast available for me each day that we were there. Tom, the restaurant coordinator, was especially friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here four nights. Only about one block from the Prince street stop on the airport tram so super convenient, Also within walking distance to most of the old town and new town attractions. Lobby is on the second floor so a brief elevator ride to check in. Restaurant was being renovated so it was closed. Had a great room overlooking the gardens and the Scott Monument. Adjacent building is undergoing construction so it might be a little hard to spot with all the scaffolding.
