We had an issue at check in day with the room, it was remedied the next day thanks to Hotels.com intervention, we want to thank Mrs. Xiomara for helping us with the room issues and for her understanding, kindness and professionalism. This hotel’s best attribute is it’s central location, closed to main roads, restaurants, supermarkets and other stores.
