Room extremely small and cramped. No larger rooms available when we asked which is understandable because anyone given a regular room would have requested a karger one !! Hanging space inadequate. Inadequate provision of sockets particularly USB. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT !!

Nice friendly hotel in the heart of city centre. Next to Queen St Station, just a short walk away. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. We had only booked the one night as this was a treat before Xmas, but wouls cvertainly go back

My dietary needs were fully met and the waitress in the restaurant really was kind and attentive at breakfast. when we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room as we were attending a wedding and had lots of clothes etc. wonderful stay.
