Best Hotel in Kinshicho
This hotel is my first choice. Rates are reasonable. Hotel is safe, comfortable and clean. Staff is extraordinary, professional and courteous. Lawson's located at the entrance of the hotel and 7-11 is just steps away. Many shopping centers close by. Kinshicho train station and subway located just blocks from the hotel. And I will return for the delicious included breakfast. The pastries are made on site and especially delicious!

Perfect stay
We absolutely loved our stay here! It was our first time in Tokyo, and everything was perfect: • The station is very close, making it easy to get around. • The staff is extremely helpful. Contrary to some reviews, checking in as a foreigner was completely hassle-free. • The surroundings are clean, peaceful, and non-touristic, which we really appreciated. • Great location—close to Tokyo Skytree and the Hokusai Museum. • The onsen is amazing after a long day, and everything is spotless. • The breakfast is delicious and feels authentically Japanese. • Plenty of restaurants nearby. • Everything is provided—no need to bring toiletries, as even small details like hair ties are available. The only minor downside was the slow elevator, but it wasn’t a big issue. Also, the bathroom is quite small, but we didn’t need to use the shower since we bathed in the onsen every day. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the hotel was great in my opinion. It was conveniently located near the train station which made it that much better. It’s also located next door to a convenience store and some eateries which is great. The hotel itself is very clean, well maintained, organized, and comes with a great balanced breakfast every morning. They serve Japanese breakfast along with pastries, coffee, tea, juices, and other great food to make you feel full and healthy. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful on questions I had. It comes with amenities for brushing your teeth, shaving, and creams. The room itself was clean and loved the coziness to it along with the bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are small but if you’re only there to sleep it’s perfect. Easy to walk to the train station to get anywhere you need to go. Hotel breakfast was fantastic and the onsen was nice. You get to pick your own pillow on check-in and there’s amenities you can get from toothbrushes to face wash. Don Quixote right down the street and 7 eleven next door. Nice rooftop views!

Enjoyed the stay again.
We luckily stayed at a room facing the Skytree Tower! The room is neat and clean, though not very spacious. At lobby level, there is hot spring which is very practical if the guest finds the bathroom is too small. Only one elevator available, so it takes time to wait during rush hours. Great location, 4 mins walk to the station, with lots of restaurants just at the corner.

Clean, Close to Kinschico Station, bring pillow
Everyone was friendly and helpful and everything was clean! We do not speak Japanese, but were able to get by fine with a translater. Free breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Rooms are tight, but enough for two, no drawers. You get to pick out your pillow from a good selection in the lobby, but only 1 small pillow allowed per person, so bring an extra if you need more. They hung a bag with fresh towels, toothbrushes, trash bags, and 1 bottle of they own Ion water everday if they didn't clean. There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in the breakfast area. It was nice being so close to Kinshicho Station!

We booked for a whole week, Friday to Thursday and asked if we could extend a day. They offered room at 21000 yen, approx $145 USD for one more day. Our initial booking was like $110 a day. Best economy stay in Tokyo.
Great location with direct buses to Narita and Disney resort. It has both JR line and the metro line. The surrounding is filled with cafes and restaurants and we counted around 4 malls within walking distance there might be more…. Directly below is a Lawson where you can get all the snacks and drinks u need. Just across a small alley is a Don Don Donki that we went to close to midnight where all ur essentials are available . Many well reviewed restaurants and cafes dot the area. You also get a great view of the Tokyo skytree from the rooftop! Washing machines are at 200¥, the dryers are free and linked to your TV set in the room so you know when they are available… The communal bath offers all amenities u need. The breakfast was varied and generous. I can’t think of anything that a traveller need that is not provided for…
