Very clean hotel. It's exceptionally close to the line 3 Metrobus, and there's a VIPs Restaurant across the street and right next door a laundromat & OXXO Convenience. It's not fancy, but it's inexpensive and was VERY clean! The staff does an amazing job keeping it clean. Downside is it’s a ways from central Mexico City

Do not recommend! Room was very dirty, the bed sheets had hairs, the bathroom floor had hairs, the sink has toothpaste residue. This was a horrible experience for me and my family.

Deben de hospedar a los clientes, saltando habitaciones entre ellos cuando sea posible, es decir, si no está lleno el hotel, deben de acomodar a los clientes, con por lo menos, una habitación entre ellos, así evitarían molestias por ruidos entre ellos.

Pésimo! Y no culpo a la recepcionista que hasta eso fue amable pero aquí aparece que es hotel cuando en realidad es un MOTEL, el cuál por cierto te venden carísima la noche. Olía mal y la cama dura y desgastada

Cuando llegando al check no tenían cobro con TDC, nos enviaron si queríamos la habitación porque según estaban llenos a ir a un centro comercial por efectivo arriesgandonos a portar efectivo, de no ser así cancelarían la habitación, por otro lado tampoco tenían internet, hasta la noche del segundo día, también en la habitación la regadera solo tenia el tubo de salida, todos estos inconvenientes al ser cliente frecuente me crean incomodidad, que pueden hacer al respecto porque dia a dia pierdo confianza en la aplicación, espero su amable respuesta.
