The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are cozy as advertised and comfortable. The lounge areas are heavily used by non-residents so if you do want to relax other than in your room you will be disappointed by the availability of space and the high levels of noise in the lounge and dining areas. Consequently, plan to eat and drink outside of the hotel, if that's not what you enjoy then The Hoxton is not for you.

The rooms are very small and a bit dark. The walls are thin, i could hear our neighbors, I do feel it was a bit pricey for what we got. Its small i cant reteraite this enough. The staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s a cool place to stay with friends, lotti’s restaurant always has people morning, lunch and dinner and the staff is also very nice.

The Hoxton is a beautiful property and sits right on the charming canals of Amsterdam. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and truly made us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel lobby was clearly the place to be in the neighborhood and was always bustling with activity, yet we never had an issue grabbing a seat for morning coffee, dinner, or an evening drink. The room was superb overlooking the canal and very well designed.
