    Einmal und nie mehr wieder....

    Wenn man mal von einem Haar in einem frisch gemachten Bett absieht war es sauber. Das Bett und die Matratze sind unterirdisch, ausgeleitet und gehören ausgetauscht. Im Bad dunkles Licht durch eine zu schwache und eine defekte Glühbirne. Wakelige Stühle die drohen auseinander zu fallen. Und der permanente Zigarettenqualm der für einen Nichtraucher unerträglich ist. Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind abgeranzt und gehören saniert, da hilft auch nicht die freundliche Dame vom Empfang darüber hinweg.....

    Gut: Durchgehend besetzte Rezeption, fairer Preis, ruhige Lage Nicht gut: tagsüber geplante Bauarbeiten hätten dem Reiseportal und dem Kunden v o r h e r bekannt gemacht werden können. Wenn der Bohrer im läuft, nützt die ruhige Lage nichts. Für die mitlesenden BWLer: Der Kunde hat es doch gemerkt! Mancher mag sich nachmittags ausruhen. Und findet den Krach nicht gut! Saniert doch bitte ohne Kunden Euer Haus! Frühstück und Sauberkeit nicht umwerfend, aber OK.
