Family Vacation
Great stay! Service was good, specialty restaraunts particularly LaVista were great. The buffet was okay, could always find something to eat. We had a Master suite for 6 people and it was very comfortable. The third room with the 2 double beds does not have it's own bathroom and is 2 steps down from the rest of the area which is not clear on the website. Our housekeeper Maja did a great job and Carlos at guest service helped us rent a car to do some sightseeing.

The staff are excellent!!!! Alex and Alejandro go above and beyond to make you feel special. Everyone is so friendly here. The rooms are beautiful and clean.
