Ingen personal vid incheckning. Incheckningen via digital panel funkade dåligt, hittade inte vår reservation. Rummet var enkelt men okej. Rent men heltäckningsmatta känns aldrig fräscht. Ingen fungerande AC. Likaså dålig WI-FI-täckning. Brandlarm utlöstes 08:10 på morgonen och vi hastade ut. Ingen reaktion eller förklaring från personalen. Vi var tvungna att fråga!?! Ointresserad och ej tillmötesgående personal. Okej frukost trots avsaknad av pålägg. Även bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Saknade dock gemensamhetutrymme och utemiljön är sämre än vad bokningsbolaget bilder visar. Dessutom ligger hotellet inte nära City center. Ej nöjda och kommer inte tillbaka.
