Our room was spacious and well appointed. There was a Illy coffee machine in the room, and all the sugar, milk etc was plentiful and well presented. TV was good. Bathroom was lovely. Check in staff were very good. The only down side we have was at breakfast. The menu choice and food served was very good, but the staff were not attentive. We were not asked how our food was, if we needed sauces etc (and we did), or if we wanted more coffee (and we did). We couldn't find someone to ask for these, and when we eaten and decided just to go, we had to request that we could pay. Maybe no management on the breakfast shift?
