We couldn't find anything else at that time, but only to think the shower was sooo dirty with hair and mildew, could not even think about taking a shower there. One single pillow on each bed and the bottom bed sheets seemed used. We checked in at almost 12am and were out by 3:30 am. Do not recommend.

The hotel cancel our reservation we had to book something last minute in the middle of the night. The staff wasn’t helpful at all about the cancelation and didn’t offer help. Expedia shouldn’t keep this property in their options.

Advertisement for this property was not correct. I had no air conditioning and the cable television was not in the room I stayed in, told the front desk a few times and they did nothing. Only once in the entire week did housekeeping come by and ask if we would like the room cleaned.

Hola en general la estancia estuvo bien solo fue un día, el problema es que desde el momento de mi Check out estoy solicitando la factura de mi servicio ya que la requiero presentar en mi lugar de trabajo, y en ese momento me dijeron que no tenían sistema, deje un correo y los datos y no la he recibido intento marcar al número del hotel y no responden, el numero en donde me dijeron que me comunicara que me dicen que la enviaron pero ya les comente que no la he recibido que ya revise incluso el spam y siguen sin enviármela.
