Overall stay was good. However during my booking I specifically requested for 2 of my rooms to be booked just beside one another. This request was made 1 month in advance but did not materialized. The reason I got from the hotel was that the hotel was full.

Excellent location right next to Hongik Univ Station subway line and a lot of shops in the area. Clean rooms. Quick check-in and out. There’s a scale for your suitcase in the lobby and a currency exchange machine. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this hotel is great. Only exception is the laundry room. It has only two washer and two dryer which is insufficient at night. Adding more machines would make it perfect.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Hongdae
Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location in the heart of Hongdae. Hotel is minutes from Exit 9 at Hongik Univ stop on Line 2. Hongik is also connected to ICN on the all-stop so very convenient for travelling to/from the airport. Staff are attentive and the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended

The hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient, and made an effort to understand my limited Korean. Papago was very useful. :). The room quite nice and the housekeeping staff were extremely polite and hard working. My room was in perfect order when I returned from a long evening of eating and drinking too much somaek. I would definitely stay here again.
