Dissapointed
Hotel staff lacks customer service experience. I had a terrible experience with the front desk person when I realized that the room ceiling was leaking and had wetted one of the beds. I called the front desk and his response to me was that the best he could do was to refund my money so that I could book a hotel somewhere else. This happened on a Saturday night. When one of the maintenance crew went to the room to inspect the damage he said to his supervisor over the phone that the ceiling in that room was leaking “again”.
As a Marriot Bonvoy member I always book Marriot hotels, but I will not book this one ever again. The hotel manager was very apologetic at check out. However, they need to make sure they either train their staff to be professionals or let go of people that are not good to be in the hospitality business.
