Unsanitary
DISGUSTING,FILTHY, when I pull the sheets back they were full of hair and brown stains. The floor was sticky. The towels were not clean. There were trash cans full of trash at the entrance. The back door is
Unlocked at all times. No hot water. And even though it said you can cancel by a certain date, I was unable to cancel my reservation. I had to go out and buy clean sheets and face towels. The smell hit you as soon as you walked into the lobby. Even if you get this room discounted at $10 dollars a day that would still be to much. Even the windows were nasty. The office chair Aida so filthy that we had to put a towel down first. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been swept and mopped there was dirt everywhere. I was scared to look at the pool. And the front desk tried to keep my security deposit because I lost the receipt for the deposit.

I complained about the air conditioner, not working. The guy came in the next day and took a look at it and said oh it’s working cause at the moment he came in it was working soon as he left. It stopped working. The pool was very cold but the staff was amazing very very kind at the front desk and the housekeepers, even though the housekeepers didn’t speak English

This property clearly does a bunch of long term stays. It’s not the cleanest or nicest hotel you’ll ever stay in, but the staff is very friendly and it’s a great price in a good enough neighborhood if you have any business to do in the Detroit area. I would stay here again.
