Nice place to stay but some things are a little dated. The rooms look to have been remodeled recently but the halls and other areas looked worn but not to an unacceptable level. The night and day clerks were nice. The physical TV channel guide was not correct and channel guide when watching the TV did not work. Day clerk informed me that I was provided the wrong physical guide and the TV was probably reset incorrectly so that was probably why the guide and another station listed didn't work. I would have liked to known that the TV issue were just with the TV in my room and could have likely been rectified but issues with TV's in hotels are typical and usually affect all rooms so I figured it was like usual and I didn't say anything until in the morning. The shower, although big and nice looking, was oddly set up. The door to open was on the opposite side of the showerhead and on the inside so there was a gap that water would have just flowed out of had they not put a plastic barrier on both the inside and outside. Plus where the soap and shampoo holder is placed it is on the same side as the showerhead so unless you take them with you as you get out of the shower with no place to set them stepping out, you have to actually fully enter the shower to retrieve them later and you get your feet wet again or the bottom of your shoes wet. Good breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. but as many times as I've stayed in Best Western this past year, I've never made it on bacon day.
