Location, location, location. You cannot beat this hotel for accessibility to harbor and restaurants. Walking distance to Ocean Institute. Ritz Carlton it is not but for the price, you cannot beat this hotel. This is our third time and will return!

The hotel was clean but definitely outdated. Nothing in particular wrong with it but it's definitely more expensive yet offers less than other places because you are by water.
