Staff were very helpful. However, I don’t feel I received good value for money considering how much I paid for my stay: My room with a city view consisted of a construction site and empty land. Room cleanliness was questionable on seeing that used mugs were not washed properly and still had remnants from previous use - making me question what else hadn’t been cleaned properly. Used bathrobes were taken and not replaced. The mechanism on the balcony door was broken so I was unable to close the door on my first night (room became very cold overnight) and although “fixed” - I was then unable to open the door to access the balcony. I’ll be visiting the area quite often over the next few years - but will not use this hotel again.
