In this scenic rural idyll you will find this cozy basement house. It is at the same time only about 3 miles from the east coast and the sea so you can experience the best of Swedish nature and at the same time be able to easily get to the coast and the sea. The house is located with a lovely view of the Emån where you can also take a dip for those who wish. In the surrounding landscape there is a lot of woodland perfect for a walk in scenic surroundings. The house is also not far from Glasriket, Öland, Växjö, Oskarshamn and Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren's World, so there are plenty of excursion destinations. The house is built on the slope and has one and a half floors. On the entrance floor you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, the two bedrooms, a room with a sink in and access to the terrace with its fantastic views. One floor down you will find the toilet, a TV room with an extra bed. From here you also get to the shower which you reach from the outside. NOTE: The TV only has channels SVT1 and SVT2. To be able to watch additional channels, a subscription needs to be activated and this additional service is ordered and paid for on site via the owner. More info about this is avaliable in the house. It takes 24H before the ordered subscription is activated, therefore this needs to be done in advance. Two houses some distance away get water from the same well that is started on the house plot, so there is a possibility that someone will come to do this during the stay. Warm welcome!
