Breakfast was good. Hot tub was nice, didn't try the pool, the sauna switches seem to be backwards. Our suite was super humid so we had to blow dry our swimsuits before packing. Otherwise it was a good visit, loved having the separate seating area with an extra door between the bedroom & any hallway noise.

The building and rooms are slightly older, but everything was well maintained. Very clean and the staff was great. I wouldn't think twice about booking here again.

Overall, a good hotel to stay at. Rooms/building did seem a little outdated but still in great condition. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Good value for the price. Breakfast was good. Remote control for the window shade put the shade up but would not put it down so shade was up all night. Had to change clothes in bathroom.

4/10 Fair

Staff was helpful. We were downgraded from a king supersuite to a queen double bed because we had a dog and had to have a room without carpet. Queen double bed room was a big disappointment, Bare minimum. crowded. closest door to outside was broken. Did not get a refund of the price difference thru hotels.com/expedia

10/10 Exceptional

I absolutely love this hidden gem!!! Staff is so kind and helpful, they never hesitate to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible!!!! Breakfast was yuuuummmmmy!!!! Egg rounds and sausage, breads, cereal, hardboiled eggs, some days biscuits and gravy (all days fried potatoes, just microwave them a smidge bit and they'll be perfect!)... Bath towels were the softest and best I've EVER experienced at a hotel! Hubby and 5 y/o (on the spectrum) had a BLAST in the pool! they have an outside patio with grill and cornhole... Over all i give this place an 11/10!!!!!

The staff was very helpful when asked for help. We were there 3 nights. We had to ask for towels for 2 people. The trash was never emptied or the room cleaned.

8/10 Very good

A good inexpensive place with great access to I-35 and easy connection to I-694. Not far from White Bear Lake. The room was good and bathroom met expectations. The breakfast bar did not include Gluten Free options, such as eggs and bacon. Staff was responsive to inquiries. Met expectations and needs.

The room was very clean but the bathroom needed small maintenance items. The breakfast was very good. Location was exactly what we needed. The spa was nice, the sauna wouldn't work.
