A Wonderful Stay at Bally’s Atlantic City! We had a great stay at Bally’s from Saturday to Sunday! Although our room was a little older, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also had breakfast at The Prime Restaurant, where our hostess, Sue, was absolutely superb! She made us feel welcomed, valued, and special throughout our visit. Her warm personality and excellent customer service truly made our experience memorable. Employees like Sue make a real difference and are a credit to Bally’s. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!

What are the more pricey hotels not very clean for the price may be an upgrade is needed here. However, the boardwalk is beautiful and the Jersey shore people are very nice.

Staff were wonderful. Property hasn’t been updated since the 1970s. Room was comfortable but walls are paper-thin. Public restrooms are worse than most gas station ones. Other hotels on the boardwalk and marina are much nicer.

10/10 Exceptional

I stayed at Bally's for the first time for a work trip. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was helpful. My room in the new tower was great, better than I expected. It was up to date and very spacious. We had drinks at the Carousel Bar which were top notch. Getting used to the rotating bar took a bit, but was neat. My only request is that the fitness center be open earlier as I like to work out early and that wasn't an option. But I may be the exception to working out in AC. All in all it was a great stay.

Good stay only complaint is that the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, right on the boardwalk, and our room was clean and comfortable. The main drawback was that the pool and fitness center hours are quite limited (10 AM–6 PM), which made them less convenient to use. We also weren’t able to get a late checkout.
