Our stay was ok. The facility is run down and our room was kind of dirty with a faucet that ran non stop. Staff was really nice and parking was on-site and abundant.

Hotel was good for a nice hot shower. Seeing how we are remodeling our bathroom. Rooms clean, tv worked ok, hair dryer didn't work and bed was ok .. little hard/firm and barely any sheets or pillows. Overall not bad for what we needed it for.

The clerk named Jimmy was very helpful and friendly. In fact I had some great conversations with him. I ran into a problem where I needed a rental car and helped me get an Uber to the airport. I can't say enough about Jimmy. He made my stay very enjoyable.

The hotel is close to the airport and finding it was easy. The room was dingy - the blankets were dirty and bed covers had cigarette burn holes in them. The bathtub was either very dirty or stained and the tissues smelled strongly of urine. The whole building stinks of marijuana smoke.

This property was no longer a Super 8 ho tel. Hasn't been since February of 2023. Had no record of my paid reservation. It's now a Red Roof Inn.

Super 8 sold the building to a different company and didn’t tell us beforehand. We showed up, and the people there had no idea who we were. We were never contacted or reimbursed by Super 8. The experience was a nightmare. We had to find another hotel and pay full rate last-minute.

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! I arrive and was told I had no reservation. This hotel was recently purchased by independent company that did not honor previous reservations. Neither party bothered to notify me.

Even though I called and verified my reservation with the property management a day before my trip, when I showed up to check in, I was told that such a reservation did not exist. The management was trying to make a play for a last minute booking wherein I had to pay out of pocket and when I refused, they got rude and said that they didn't want my business. Thanks to Expedia, I was able to find accommodation in another motel but the whole experience was a nightmare.

Mean owner!!!

It was horrible, they checked me in a room where the door was open. Something died in the room, that's why the door and the window was open. To get the smell out. Tub had mold in it. Owner was mean as hell. I paid for another night online with Hotels.com like I always do, he was mad I didn't pay him directly ($65 more) and told me I had to check out out and come back at 3pm. I cancelled and went to another hotel. I will not be back.

The first thing I noticed when I entered the hallway going to my room is the strong smell of cigarette smoke which never abated. The furniture in the room was all scratched and should have been replaced 20 years ago. There were cigarette burn holes in both the bedspread and the sheets. The maids pounded on my door at checkout time and when I told them I would be leaving in 15 minutes they said "No you won't, there's no late checkouts!" Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Outdated and dilapidated

The room smelled of mildew. The tv was broke and you couldnt change channels. The dresser or stand looke like it was picked up on the side of the road. It was scratched up and had chips with missing drawer. The chair in the room had a huge tear in it. The bathroom shower and sink dripped all night. The shower was discolored and creaked like the floor underneath was rotted and you would fall through.

During checking in, I requested to change my stay from 2-nights to 1-night. The front desk guy said take that up with Expedia. I called Expedia, and they called this person, and he refused to change the reservation. He said for Expedia to cancel, and re-book, and hung up on Expedia. So, Expedia cancelled and re-booked for 1-night. I went to check-in, and this guy said no rooms available. I told him Expedia just booked a room for me a minute ago. He said someone else took the last room. I highly DO NOT recommend this property.

Not worth staying for free

Save your money it's actually not even wortglhstaying here for free. Pretty sure the front desk guy stepped out so he could go do his drugs while I waited in the lobby for him to come back and then he proceeded to tell me I couldn't bring in my luggage on a cart if I was only staying one night. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a $50 deposit if I was going to bring all that luggage in period I said I was not paying the $50 they did offer my money back thank goodness. Called and asked for the manager the next day and the person who answered the phone told me there is no manager will escalate this as what a disgrace for a Wyndham property

Dirty everywhere, body hair found on bathroom floor, microwave and refrigerator very dirty. Bed was hard as a brick. Darkening curtains worn and light come through several areas. Showerhead was broken and would stay hung up. Ending up staying one night because of dirty condition of room and property. People blasting music could hear like a party was going on. People doing things outside property that should be done behind closed doors. Not family friendly because children should not be exposed to that. Will not be back. Do not advise anyone with children or looking for a decent quality hotel and room to stay here. Would have been better to stay in my car.

Understaffed, somewhat run down, and conversations in the lobby full of f-words and people not paying for their rooms and drama. The first room we were assigned had not be cleaned and reeked of smoke. We were immediately assigned a new room that had been cleaned, but the bathroom was quite rusty and the toilet would whine for 3 minutes every time you flushed. Just, a bit beat up, made me question my safety, had to explain to my kids why they were smelling marijuana when someone was smoking a joint *right* in front of the entrance. And the breakfast was like 4 apples, 10 pre-packaged donuts, coffee and tea. It might qualify as breakfast technically to check the box on Expedia, but you're gonna be buying breakfast somewhere else. It worked for a night. But I wouldn't stay there again.

Horrible place this hotel should be shut down

This hotel was nasty unbelievable nasty the sheets were nasty the floor was nasty there was water all over the bathroom because the sink and the toilet was leaking there were bedbugs everywhere they were spiders everywhere there were water bugs everywhere there was holes in the wall where they had mice running in and out of the room the window was stuck open this was a horrible hotel and needs to be shut down even the front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional and their clothes were dirty and they smelled like liquor and I’m sure they were drunk on the job

We checked in but decided not to stay. The bathroom wasn't clean and had hair from previous guests. The room smelled like they were not able to fully cleanse after a smoker. We didn't feel like we fit in with the clientele.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Dirty is an understatement. Man walking down the hall with music banging on the door asking if we were checking out by pointing his finger in my face. We booked for two nights and left after one. Had we not arrived so late at night we would have left upon arrival. I am shocked that Expedia has this as a location they want to be associated with..
