Not only loved the area but this place was amazing. We could see and hear the ocean in our king size room. The staff was so friendly and helpful AND we loved the Spanish theme decor. My favorite was the rooftop breakfast that was served!

Perfect getaway
The front desk staff was phenomenal, especially Oscar, the receptionist, who made our stay above and beyond what we expected. The room was clean and comfortable and had a perfect ocean view.

Wonderful gem in Avila!
Stayed here for a two night stay to accompany my spouse to town for a work event. The location was spot on and the room was very comfortable. Had an amazing view from our patio that was hard to leave! The included coffee and pastries upstairs on the sundeck each morning was the icing on an already wonderful cake! We will absolutely be back!

Nice basic beachfront hotel in Avila. Light rooftop breakfast is a bonus. Simple heater in winter worked fine, convenient parking outside.

A nice getaway
The sun deck was the best feature to have a cup of coffee or a drink while looking over the ocean in a comfortable alcove. The rooms were spacious and a little quirky, but enjoyed the uniqueness. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Oceanfront with Amazing Sundeck
The hotel was old but the staff was very friendly. The hotel overlooks the ocean and there is an amazing sundeck where we enjoyed watching sunsets every evening. Continental breakfast was served on the sundeck each morning and they had upscale coffee drinks. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels.

This was our first stay at The Inn and it will NOT be our last! The room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, and the spa tub was icing on the cake. There is free pie and ice cream every night and free savory or sweet homade croissants and quiche in the morning on the roof. Views from there are breathtaking. We checked out bikes to ride and had the option to use sand toys or boogie boards, and beach towels, all complimentary. We were very impressed with this hotel. Staff was very friendly .

Avila Beach getaway with free pie to boot
cute little beachside Inn, a bit dated but well kept. friendly staff, free pie and ice cream in the evening, wonderful coffee shop on the roof overlooking Avila Beach with free breakfast. I borrowed a wine glass and accidentally broke it in our wonderful in-room hot tub, staff was very understanding when I confessed :) and didn’t charge me anything for the glass. would recommend this place for a couples getaway.

The room was very cozy with fireplace and tub spa. But the service was outstanding. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. The roof top patio is unbelievable, with unlimited views of the ocean and pretty good food.
