Not so clean
No personal touch. Employee insisted I register via outdoor window. El Camino Real is very loud, added to our stupid masks we r forced to wear. Beds ok, but a tad small. Fridge, microwave ok. A few roaches and some earwigs were unwelcoming. Shower was broken. Thankfully, we travel with a hemostat. It was our wrench to rig the shower to work. Irregular housekeepers. Parking ok, lighting ok. Was quiet. Employee let us stay one extra hour.

The stay was comfort. This hotel is near from the highway. So I would not recommend to people who care about the insulation condition because the noise that the cars on the highway make would just freak them out. Anyway, it is a quiet hotel, good for solo stay or business. The parking lot is a bit narrow, so please be careful when back out.

Excellent Accomodations
We really like staying here. It's a refurbished, older motel, really kept up by the family that owns it. Our room is always clean, quiet and there is ample room to maneuver a wheelchair. A microwave and refrigerator are in every room for your convenience. I'm really happy with the mini coffee maker...easy to use and good coffee...not instant, like so many other places. I especially appreciate the fact that our windows open for fresh air and the AC unit is relatively quiet, and very efficient. Perfect for our needs. Close to shopping, dining and Stanford Hospital and Medical Center, we have had such good experiences, we won't stay anywhere else. If you're wheelchair bound, and you find a room that will accommodate the room necessary to maneuver, you'll know exactly what I mean. Many motel rooms cannot meet that standard. The bathroom in the standard room is too small for a wheelchair, so we bring a simple walker for ease in transfer. We've not tried the ADA accessible room...maybe one day.

Great location, great service, great stay.Updated
Spent several days here, and enjoyed it. Room was comfortable, looks recently remodeled, fridge and microwave, quality (Neutrogena) soap and shampoo. Bed was comfortable, there were enough pillows (2 per person). Host was very accommodating. It was very quiet even though right on ECR. It is very close to Stanford, and pretty easy access to 101. Highly recommend it.
