Property location is very good as it was but away from other hotels, crowd and free from noise pollution. Our Deluxe Double room was really good in terms of appearance, space and decor. Prashanta in Reception was great. He helped us booking the tours, booked us Pandit for Jagannath Temple visit. He helped us ordering our lunch and dinner. He gave us his personal number to call him if any thing needed during our stay. Room boy ( sorry don’t know his name) was helpful in getting us whatever we needed and whenever. After check out Prashanta was kind enough to allow me to stay with no extra cost until my train in the evening. I would recommend this property to stay for any sort of visit to Puri. If possible, the property owner can install some phone in the room just to call the reception will be good.
