    Older, but warm and comfy

This suite was older, but warm and inviting. Some of the furnithre, like the sofa bed, could stand to be replaced and the water pressure for the toilet is low. But other than that, no issues with our room. They have a no-contact option for checking in and out. There is a stairway from the Laurel Inn to the main attractions in Gatlinburg. It was a steep climb, but worth saving tbe money in parking. If you are planning a trip to Gatlinburg, this Inn gives you quick access to the touristy downtown and fast tracks you to the Smokey Mountain National Park. We highly recommend checking it out.

Second stay at hotel. Pictures of room inflated my expectations and was disappointed when entering room (room size and furniture quality). Hotel staff were very pleasant.

Beautiful property. Just a short walk into town and the most sweetest staff every. This is our second stay and this will be the only place we stay when visiting Gatlinburg.

    Good lo

Our room was decent. I wouldn't give it a Fabulous rating though. That was our first time in the area so I don't any other place to compare it to in terms of views. We were not very far from downtown Gatlinburg. Our balcony view was of the pool and out the front door was the parking lot but in the distance, you could see lights from some attractions. I would stay there again.

    Wonderful Budget Friendly Condo

The condominiums were just a short distance off the main street. (We stayed on the 4th floor - there was an elevator.) The small but lovely little apartment was so cozy and comfortable, nicely decorated, with a balcony with chairs. On-site parking was free and handy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The many staircases down to the main drag were narrow and too treacherous for my wife to use, as she'd recently had hip replacement surgery, so we had to drive the short distance and pay $20 a pop for parking to do anything in Gatlinburg. Because of the price of parking for restaurants and recreation, we won't stay in Gatlinburg next time, but will stay in Pigeon Forge (where there's free parking everywhere). However, for anyone staying in Gatlinburg, Laurel Inn Condos would be well worth the choice. It's less expensive than many of the town's hotels and much more comfortable than just a room. Comfortable beds, good A.C., a fireplace for cold weather, balconies overlooking part of town and the tower. Very close, but still far enough off main street to be quiet - on the road to Roaring Fork (a beautiful, scenic drive). Just perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo.

I loved the room, the service, the convenience to the strip. The lady at the front desk was soooo kind.

Me and my husband stayed for our honeymoon. We love Laurel Hills Condos. We never have any problems. The staff is always very friendly. We love the location. There’s nothing bad I can say about the place. The price is great for what you get. We will be back in August for a family vacation.

    Up the hill from Gatlinburg

My rating would be higher, but when we arrived we were told the sliding door had been broken and there was a huge piece of wood covering it. This made the balcony unusable and the living area very dark. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, water pressure nice, and close to everything.

Blessed to have a place to stay

As this was our first Hotels.com use, we were unaware of the check in orocess. That aside, it was an excellant location to the downtown Parkway. Easy to find. Beds were comfortable, but very creeky and noisey. Every move had a potential to wake you and your whole family. Some of the stucco was also starting to fall away on our floor. (4th, near elevator). I know this sounds like a bad review, but all things considered, we did enjoy our stay.

Clean, close to town, and quiet

Thank you! Our suite was clean, close to town, quiet, and comfortable. The fireplace wasn’t working but that was the only hiccup. Didn’t contact management as it wasn’t that big of deal to us, but would’ve been nice. Also, know that the keypad needs to be locked after opening door. It doesn’t automatically lock itself after opening.
