Treasure island is more of a family focused island in my opinion. Really caters for kids and has so many activities from arts and crafts, swimming, water sports, boat trips, fish and turtle feeding, iguana’s and parrots. The kids club is great and every member of staff go out of their way to get to know you and are so friendly. I felt so safe with my 2 year old and the accommodation is excellent and any requests are catered for.

Simply AMAZING!
We were on our own private island. Beautiful views and clear colorful waters. The infinity pool was lovely to look over the Fijian waters. The staff were very accommodating and we learned a lot about the Fijian culture. True island living but with comfort added. The food was amazing! The Fijian serenades at night were wonderful; very talented people. Morning walks were wonderful; watching the schools of fish shimmering in the clear waters. We enjoyed the morning breakfast visits from the colorful love birds. We enjoyed watching the hawksbill sea turtle feedings and the iguana feedings. The glass bottom boat ride to the sandbar was spectacular! The views from the sandbar were spectacular! The staff went above and beyond for Valentine's Day! We enjoyed a lovely dinner set up and witnessed an amazing sunset and then went back to our room decorated in flowers and chocolate! This was a holiday of a lifetime and we will never forget this little piece of paradise!

4/10 Fair

Intermittent electricity, intermittent water supply. Difficulty getting milk or coffee. There is absolutely no WiFi on the island despite its website advertising WiFi availability. A number of bures are in disrepair. The staff though are lovely and try hard. The beach and abundance of fish all round the island was amazing. The food served was good but expensive. Price of accommodation is too high for the lack of basic necessities. If you are happy to role with a bit of disfunction then you will enjoy your stay. The beach was littered with rubbish and we managed to get two large plastic bags and the kids and I cleaned the beach almost completely in one afternoon and the beach is now pristine again.

DO NOT COME HERE! They are not ready to open after covid. No food, no electricity for many hours a day, no water for may hours a day. We arrived and waited 1.5 hours for lunch because there was no power and food. They later admitted they were waiting for food to arrive on the boat. We received a few small pieces of fish, two pieces of cucumber, and end of a tomato, and 3 small chips. We then waited 1.5 hours at dinner for food while they unpacked the boat. No coffee machine- broken, no ice cream, no big bottles of water and limited drinks. The next morning no milk for breakfast. They advertised 4 restaurants and only one was open, with little food. They advertised diving but no diving. The power would go off for many hours a day. Which meant no water as the pump needed power. And even when the water was on, there was no hot water in many rooms. Guests were complaining they had poo in their toilets they couldn't flush and kids that couldn't have a shower. On NYE the power went out again at 11.30pm and one guest was covered in shampoo in the shower when the water stopped, she said she took a face washer and flushed the toilet to get the remaining water to clean the shampoo off. Guests complained that the pool was too dirty to swim in, so we only swam at the beach. The worst thing was that the manager was smug and not taking responsibility for the problems. still charging $433 AUD per night. Also $300FJD for PCR when other resorts were $160. We were booked for a week but stay

2/10 Poor

We never intended to stay on Treasure Island as we had other accommodation booked in Fiji but due to government Covid regulations we had to stay the first 3 nights at a Fiji Care approved accommodation and Treasure was the only option available last minute. We arrived on a small Boat from Nadi during a shocking storm in rough seas only to be told the Power was off for an hour or so and we were taken to our room in which besides no power there was no water as well. This continued on the whole night and we went to the restaurant for dinner in complete darkness with a couple of candles and were given some food which I imagine was cooked by Gas. Speaking to other guests the Power and Water issues had been going on and off for the last few days and most guest left or wanted to leave the island immediately. Apart from this main issue the Island should not be operating, it is run down, derelict, rubbish everywhere on the beach and in total disrepair. We paid $4200 for 2 nights for 2 Bures for our family if 5 and at this price we would expect at least a 4 star resort but Treasure is at most a 1 star. To offer a jar of instant coffee at breakfast is laughable. The Pool was murky and green and closed, the Tennis court was unusable cracked and full of debris, the pathways filthy, the Buildings are broken and falling down and as I said before the rubbish buildup with plastic bottles and sea rubbish is incredible. The island should be closed and not allowing guests until it’s fixed.

8/10 Very good

The island was beautiful! Perfect place to relax and recharge. The sand is white and the sea is clear. The perfect place to snorkle. The staff are friendly and nice although service was really slow...literally fiji time. Food is very basic / average. Our mini bar wasnt topped up the whole time we were there and the reception refused to print a breakdown of our bill so we wasnt able to see what items (food / drink) we were being billed for
