Horrible FROZEN breakfast
Check in was really nice and simple breakfast in the morning everything was frozen I know there is an issue with Covid going on but I stayed at other best western hotels during COVID and all the other hotels at least still had hot bagged breakfast. Breakfast here was (frozen) solid.

Retrain your housekeeping staff
We picked this hotel due to location to the hospital. We were in the area (5 hours from home) due to me having surgery and not able to travel back home right away. We stayed 4 days/3 nights. Upon entering the room we noticed a smell, then the floors were dirty hadn’t been vacuumed, the night stand had something sticky and smeared on the top, beds were made nicely but once pulling the extremely thin covers back notice the sheets look yellowed and there were multiple fitted sheets on the mattresses that would not stay on. There was someone’s apparently dirty clothes left laying in and around the chair in the room. Trash can by the desk was near full The bathroom was tiny, hair in the sink and in the mirror, mirror was dirty and streaked from an attempt to clean it. Shower had what looked like beard trimmings. And they graciously left us with a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 hand towels.. fine for a night. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone which wouldn’t connect.. so I called the only number we had which was a 800 number from my cell phone and asked for more towels and toilet paper and trash bags or for someone to empty the trash. Was told someone would bring it to us.. never showed up! We tried asking an employee in the hallway next morning and got same response we will bring it to you nothing we bought toilet paper n antibacterial wipes. Attempted to charge us an add 150 3 hours after checkout accusing us of smoking wedont

The property was odd the way the front desk area was separated from the rooms. There was a used bar of old soap stuck to the shower curtain. And gum on the head board of the bed of a previous guest. Especially in these uncertain times that is unacceptable.

The pool was the main reason we always stay there it wasn’t turned on it was cold. Then the chlorine was so bad it burnt the kids skin it ate my daughters hair up! They didn’t have enough towels for guests. A hole above the shower head the guy at the front desk had to pull the shower knob out for me because it took so much force! This was always our favorite hotel but it seems to have went down hill.
