↬ Air-conditioner and ceiling fan in both the bedroom and the lounge dinning/kitchen area.

↬ The 2nd bed in the living area is a Queen-Sized comfy bed for those 2 extra guests if needed.

↬ The main bedroom has a King comfy bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioner, wardrobe and there is a sliding door to the 2nd balcony from the bedroom.

↬ There are 2 balconies, one off the lounge/living with amazing views, and the other is off the bedroom, lets the sea breeze flow into this spacious unit.

↬ Its an open plan unit with Lounge room, Dining and Kitchen in the same area.

↬ Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, and a portable stove to cooker, also comes with a bar sized fridge for food and drinks.

↬ Bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity with hair dryer.

↬ There is a balcony with an outdoor setting to chill and take in the stunning ocean views.

↬ Beach/pool towels & all bed linen is supplied.

↬ Guests can use entire place, 2 x pools, Spa tub, BBQ, restaurant, bar, pool table that's free to use.

↬ There is a laundry mat costs $4 per load $1 x 4 and also a dryer is in there as well for $4. Additionally, there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony, clothes dry rapidly up here in North Queensland.

↬ The Reception is for resort guests that are not private owners guests, so if you need anything please let us know and not them thanks.

↬ Although we may not have the pleasure of meeting you, the ease of self check-in means you can arrive at your leisure, anytime after the check-in time.

↬ This Resort unit is situated going up a hill that overlooks Airlie, so the views are amazing!! There are 6 terrace blocks, this unit is the 4th one up, named driftwood so it’s away from any noise that can come from the main pool, bar and restaurant, and it's closer to the 2nd pool in the Resort. It's very private and quiet, as the main pool is used most often by guests.

↬ This unit is self check in @ 2pm. There will be a key in a lock box for you with the code sent to you 2 days before arrival, making self check in easy. Just follow the information in your messages sent to you through the booking channel .

↬ We supply a complimentary starter kit, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper 2 rolls, salt and pepper, just to make your stay even easier.

↬ The unit is super close to Town & Grocery store called Woolworths, Shops, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants.

↬ The Port of Airlie Marina is only 5-10 min walk, that’s also where the interstate bus terminal is as well. Fantastic views over the marina from the units balcony & approximately a 15min walk to the Coral Sea

↬ Getting around is super easy, you can walk-Tuk Tuks, bikes, cars, we don’t have UBER here, only taxis, they are super quick to respond.

↬ Free car parking for those with a car, if you have something bigger that won't fit undercover there is also free street car parking 24/7 that is close to the units location and safe.

The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.

TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.

No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 4 guests allowed on this property.

NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.

PARKING: is available off and on street.

GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.

PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.

KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.

SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.

TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
