We needed to use the additional sofa bed, but the bedding wasn't clean and had not been checked for a while, with all types of human hair on the sheets. We stayed in room 410. the flower bed on the balcony was full of cigarette ends and food remnants like bababa skins, which had not been cleaned in a long time, not nice for non smokers. The patio door could not be locked and it smelled of food cooking throughout our stay. The funiture is dated and dirty in the lounge. WIFI is not secured by password. ceiling falling in above door. Staff friendly and helpful.

Buena experiencia
Os cuento estuve 2 noche y 3 días con mi pareja y mi hija de 8 Meses. Al entrar nos atendio un recepcionista muy agradable nos explico todo y fue todo muy rapido. Al llegará a la habitación entrando por el pasillo de nuestro departamento estaba un poco sucio la verdad se veía que me faltaba limpieza una vez entramos en el apartamento está todo muy bien limpio y más o menos nuevos excepto el sofá y el sillón que estaba súper sucio con muchas manchas daba cosa de sentarse, por lo demás estaba todo muy bien. La piscina muy bien tanto la de niños como la de adultos le doy un 10 con su zona de césped para tomar el sol y descansar con tumbonas y sombrillas muy agradables todo. Las zonas comunes la parte de la recepción están limpias las demás medio regular. El spa te entra 1 hora al día y pueden entrar niños a partir de 6 o 7 años y la verdad que me llevo una buena experiencia. Del restaurante no puedo opinar ya que no comí ni desayune ningún día allí. En mi opinión si encontráis el hotel a un buen precio no lo dudéis está bastante bien, yo me llevado una grata sorpresa, ya que leyendo los comentarios me lo imaginaba muy mal y no es así. En mi opinión lo único que falla es que necesita más personal de limpieza vi muy pocas mujeres. Espero haber ayudado un saludo viajer@s

De esta vez fue un poco mejor, la habitación estaba un poco más limpia y el Spa aceptable. Un buen hotel apartamento precio-calidad y con la cocina todavía mejor. Buenas instalaciones y buen ambiente, espero que mejoren todavía más. Y super recomiendo el Restaurante Italiano que tiene al lado.

Deze accommodatie is zeer teleurstellend. Wij zijn hier 2 keer eerder geweest 4 jaar geleden en toen was alles top! Nu is er zwaar achterstallig onderhoud, wij zijn 3 keer van kamer gewisseld en in alle kamers was er een grondlucht. De airconditioning maakte zoveel lawaai dat je er als je al in slaap viel er wakker van werd. Een koelkast die niet goed sloot en lekte.. mieren op het aanrecht.. In het zwembad van de Spa heeft mijn zoon een diepe snee opgelopen door iets scherps in de bodem.. Het ontbijt stelde helemaal niets voor, zelfs de tomatenpuree rook zuur, nadat wij dit hadden aangegeven zei de ober dat het gewoon oké was en zette de bak met puree weer terug.. De croissantjes waren bijna zwart.. De service was ook echt om te huilen.. kortom, zeker de 4 sterren niet waard sinds het van eigenaar is gewisseld!!
