Excellent and friendly staff, a very welcoming feeling especially with a gesture of some welcome snacks and drink in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast spread, I dare say is one of the best. The only set back will be the carpark that guest required to validate every time you leave the carpark. Suggest hotel to provide a complimentary carpark pass for the guest to use during the duration of the stay. Overall thank you for the hospitality.

A comfortable value for money hotel
A clean good size room with comfortable beddings. I like that it's a short covered walk to 1U Mall. Would definitely advocate for the sheltered walkway to the Mall to be air-conditioned - as it was hot and humid to use the walkway in the afternoon!
