We found the reception service and information at reception, very poor. Not one smile to greet us, very lazy information service, was not explained well the very unique experience at the cabins. For example, the breakfast included has to be picked up at 5 min walk which is ok but not one courtesy coffee in the cabin or water . For 500 euros a night its rather poor welcoming. The person at reception had us wait 20 mins because she couldn’t find our name to locate us, despite giving her our reservation confirmation number and receipt of payment. She treated us as if we were wrong and gave us an attitude! she had to call another colleague or supervisor named Cristina, who was excellent: everything you would expect from the start. She quickly found our reservation, it turned out to be an error of the hotel, had written down the last name wrong/ missing a Letter. So the whole 20 mins experience trying to blame shift us was completely unnecessary and she later continued to explain things very vaguely with a bad attitude if we didn’t understand her !
Not what you expect from disney, to be honest!!
I got the feeling next day when we went back in there to try to understand where, the location and how things worked they act as if you bothering them at reception! Same
at tThe store. taxi service is 30 euros fixed price to and from parks ! Definitely not a car-free friendly experience. Use Uber instead. Wished they would offer this advice at reception! Transparency goes a long way
