I came and had trouble since I got there the tv was broken. The door knob kept coming off to the point I had to fix it. We had bugs inside of our room. I was told they released my deposit never got it. Haven’t spoken to a manager they said the manager will be back and still haven’t talk to anyone even after my stay.

Absolutely this hotel should not be on your site! Gross gross gross with terrible customer service, false inventory, and no recourse on getting refund even though I did not stay a single minute. Got room. It was wrong type of room I booked through hotels.com. Asked for refund. Woman said to speak to manager about it. Hotels.com try’s and I get nothing.

Beyond Discusting
I have NEVER stayed in such a filthy dirty place ever. my husband was exhausted or we would have left.. Filthy SLIMY bathroom counters , not sure what was on them, dirty toilet, hair in bed sheets. NO towels or I would have done some basic cleaning myself. The first room they gave us, the door wouldn't even latch. This room looked like it had been forced open before. I stayed up all night checking on our car because i refused to bring in luggage in case of bed bugs. I had to stand because the only seating was a gross dirty couch. Avoid this place at all cost! I wish I had pictures. Just thinking makes my skin crawl.

Absolutely disgusting! The room didnt have any blankets. The sheets were stained, we had to ask for towels because we had none when we checked in. The bathroom door had a massive hole smashed in it as if someone was trying break down the door. And i could go on but i think ive made my point. No one should ever stay there.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN.
The pictures on the site are grossly misleading and falsly advertise a pleasant and inviting environment, when in reality, its a run-down, sleeze bag hotel that didn't even have a phone in the room and the toilet was leaking. The bathtub drain was caked with a gob of hair and it was corroded around the drain, and the walls were filthy.

Bedbugs galore...
After 2 nights, i was covered in bedbug bites from neck to toe. I stayed in room #141. They said i would receive a full refund, never happened. However, i plan on suing the Budget Inn for loss of work due to bites and punitive damages. The bugs infested my clothes, my shoes and my jackets.
