When purchasing this hotel, it was on the expensive side, they put us on the ground floor, on the way to the pool, hence everyone were passing through.
We chose a king bed so i could be with both my kids, their king size is actually a double twin mattresses side by side.
There was no Aac the entire stay, they stated AC is on only if outside is below 18 degrees even though in the room it was 28 degrees! And due to being on the ground floor we didnt feel safe leaving the windows or door open, the solution? A fan was brought in.
The pool was dirty, the hot tubs were not turn on "they're working on the boilers"
Overall terrible experience, the hotel told me Expedia is in charge and Expedia blames the hotel. No one is accountable.
Now ive noticed i was supposed to receive a VIP experience too, which clearly was not happening.
