Has gone down hill
First time stay training since it changed names from Hooters. Unfortunately it has gone downhill. Checked in, went to my room and someone was still in there. 2nd room, both the sink and shower drains were clogged. After asking 3x to fix, I gave up and just dealt with it. Ordered a grilled chick sando at Hooters...rubbery and tasteless; could only eat 1/2. Overall seemed like there was a lack of caring from management. Won't stay there again.

The first room at check in was horrible drapes where ripped lights didnt work and their was bugs the second room we got had a hole in the wall and behind the door too the restroom and too top it off i got a parking violation when i had already paid for a 2 day parking pass and also a ridiculous amount for a deposit with all these inconveniences

You get what you paid is an understatement
Never again this is Terribile, is old dirty & unfunctional. They had only 1 functional elevator per tower.They require a 300.00 incidental deposit and 19.00 per parking with no in and out privileges and unrealistic Resort fee. The bathroom were the worst, no fan dirty baseboards and there is a good chance the shower/bath is still draining. I do however would like to extend my most sincere gratitude to the AC/Heather for making my Tinnitus completely Irrelevant.

Nice stay and decent value for location
The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I'm not a smoker so the smoke in the casino area was overwhelming to me. Thats a ME prob not anything on the Hotel. The rest of the rooms/hotel smelled fabulous. Only inconvenience was that 2 elevators were working (1 was the service elevator). Having to wait a little longer was a slight annoyance. Parking was great and I felt safe during my stay. Staff was nice, polite, and helpful.

This used to be our yearly trip and stay at Oyo ( Hooters) We haven’t been there in about 5 years and what a disappointment. No hot water, took the coldest shower. Had it all the way on Hot and wasn’t even lukewarm. Had to wash my hair in the sink cause at least that was almost like warm. Room was barely cleaned. Both nights we were there…. No waitress to get us a drink. Ridiculous. I am the last person to ever complain but when I tried to talk to a manager they said that I would have to wait until after 3 pm to find one. Spoke with a few other guests staying there and they were experiencing the same as us. What a shame. That used to be our favorite spot. Not any more. My husband was so pissed and I was just crushed.
