The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. We received text messages ahead of our arrival with an address to pick up the keys, but right before we arrived we received a message saying the keys were at the hotel, we misunderstood and ended up driving to the first location and looking for the keys there for a while.
