This is a tight space
Out stay in a room with two double beds was okay. the room was very small for two people. It was stuffy and the air conditioner seemed to turn off at night (sensor?) and it was really hot all the nights we were there. it took us a few times to get the app requests for additional items and on various occasions we had to text twice for things. The front desk folks were very curteous and tried to be helpful.

Great NYC place to stay
Staff was friendly and helpful. Always gave a warm smile and a good morning. The location was perfect. It was a nice quiet street and just a short walk to numerous wonderful restaurants, shopping and subway station. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay at the Sonder. The only negative was the luggage storage - the app and emails make it sound like a self access situation but there is no signage at the hotel for it. You have to call or text to get someone to come to the desk - which can be difficult if you aren’t from the us and would have to pay extra on your cell phone.
