Basic accommodation, reasonably priced and clean. We arrived out of hours and communication and self check in was great.

I liked how everyone looked out for everyone. There was a airconditioning in the rooms and it was quite. Also bathroom was private even the unisex ones.
Dislike tissues on the ground dirty bathroom with hair all around it.

The bedding did not smell good and the pillows were uncomfortable. Also the place where the private room is located you can hear all the noise from the living room so I could not rest very well.
The staff was very friendly

Bad beds would not call that a mattress. Quite dirty and run down.

My partner and I both arrived quite late, but despite Tim being out, he was still super helpful with getting us checked in and making sure we were comfortable, and was extremely polite throughout our stay.
The room was clean and tidy, and all of the services worked well. Would stay again!

This hostel was gross. It didn’t have cleaners come in to clean the communal showers or bathrooms (which are right beside eachother so the smell when you’re showering isn’t nice). The front desk staff were in charge of cleaning the kitchen but they didn’t sanitize anything just wash the dishes and wipe down the counter near the sink. Further someone in our 6 bedroom checked out and they didn’t change the sheets before the next person checked in so they slept on their dirty sheets.
The common area was nice and big and good to meet people in. However, there were many older people in the common areas partying that were not staying in the hostel.
I wouldn’t recommend this hostel.

As I entered the building I immediately noticed that it was very cold and all heating in common areas were switched off. We slept in a cold room for the first night but given a space heater for the rest of our stay.
One of the staff members kindly switched on the heating in common areas and another switched it off again! In winter, in Melbourne!

This property is unfit for everyone. The noise never stops
Manager or staff are nowhere to be seen .With the money they charge should have at list a wardrobe in the room and free to air television should be provided.I should not have to get pay tv to watch the news.In all a very desapointed customer

Bedding was absolutely disgusting, had hair and snot all through it aswell as dirt. The bed was comfy though. The blinds are terrible, they look good but in the morning the room is bright . One of the windows wouldn’t close aswell (had fly screen) the window under had a heater through it but had a massive gap above it (no fly screen) so bugs can come in. The whole night we couldn’t sleep as the noise was really bad from traffic. I suggest buying new blinds that properly cover the windows and block the light aswell as fixing the windows.
The female bathroom was nice but was absolutely disgusting on the floor, there was hair and dust everywhere and after having a shower and walking on the tiles I was leaving brown footprints everywhere. The floor needs a good sweep and mop, the tiles are new but needs a scrub as there is dust all over them.
