The staff was very nice. The room was comfy with an amazing view. Only thing was that I had to buy towels and wash cloths because the hotel didn"t have any available my 1st night.

Perfect location
The hotel was very good . Decent space room and bathroom to be NY . Having fridge and microwave for us was a must and Not many hotels have them . When you are outside the room waiting for the elevator you can hear people talking from the rooms but not from inside the room . The only complain we can say we had was one very late night it was noisy from people talking loud or fighting close to the hotel entrance our room was on that side of the building so we couldn’t sleep for a while with the noise , I guess they don’t have soundproof windows . Other than that everything. Was perfect . Loved its was super close to a market , liquor store , pharmacy , lots of breakfast places , late night pizzas and The Metro.

Hotel on West 28th St
It was ok. Because of Covid there were no services: cleaning, restaurants, amenities. Employees were friendly. Area was not the greatest in the flower district. Very expensive to park, few restaurants. Probably won’t go back.

They customer service was amazing and the hotel was very clean. My room was really small and housekeep did not leave no towels. Other than that, i would stay again! :)

Difficult staff and old batteries.
Check in was smooth. We got to the room and our seal on the door was broken, whatever. The smoke detector was chirping the second we got into the room. We called the front desk and the cordless phone kept dying eventually i got it to stay on long enough to convey the message thay the smoke detector needed new batteries and probably the phone too. 4 hours later after texting the manager twice the chirping was still happening. We got back later that night and their solution was to remove the smoke detector from the room, probably against the law. The second issue was the breakfast we paid for through hotels.com. After hearing its description we decided it wasn't worth the money and wanted to cancel it the night before and get our money back. The night time manager wouldn't budge and blamed the whole situation on Covid-19. So after suffering through an awful breakfast that was overpriced, we went to the McDonald's across the street. We loved our trip to the city, but this hotel needs some new batteries and a more accommodating night manager.

The location is perfect and the service is wonderful. However, the heater is loud and the pillows are a bit too soft.
