A fine stay at the hotel. Situated near the Bahnhof. The Bergpark was the main reason for the trip to Kassel.

Stayed for 3 nights to attend the Christmas markets and see a few museums. Was easy to walk to these. Room was quite large for European standards. Breakfast was varied and quite filling. Will stay again when the need arises.

Do NOT stay here.
This hotel is located in a sketchy area, with an "adult entertainment club" across the street. I was very closely approached by one man for money and another man followed me into the hotel after obnoxiously whistling behind me. My towel was placed back on the rack after I had used it. This was really gross. Perhaps the most unprofessional thing was when the staff did NOT honour my request for a wake-up call TWICE. One day they phoned over 40 minutes later and on the day of my departure I could have missed my train since they NEVER CALLED. The woman with the blond hair never apologised about these errors and needs to work on her customer service skills. The young man with Syrian heritage was kind and professional. He is the only reason why I am not giving this hotel the lowest rating.

Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir waren zum Weihnachtsshoping und Weihnachtsmarktbesuch drei Nächte dort zu Gast. Das Hotel liegt Stadtzentrum nah und entspricht einem englischen Stil, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut und besonders zu erwähnen ist die moderate Parkplatzgebühr.

Es war schrecklich, bis 1 Uhr war es im Flur laut, andere Gäste haben kein Rücksicht auf andere. Mehrmals aufgewacht wegen andere Gäste. Sehr stark in die Jahre gekommene Möbel, Monteurzimmern sind da besser. Schlechtes Internet, Fernseher hat gefühlt 2 Kanäle. Unterkunft nur für Not geeignet.
