Overall, the hotel was good, in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of everything. The staff are friendly. The grounds and swimming pool area are beautifully maintained. As a family of 3 we stayed in an interconnecting room with pool access which was pleasant. However, there are a few things that need improving: 1. Breakfast had a fair selection of food, but a lot of the food was cold/and or ran out. The fruit was covered in flies and there were hairs on some of the sauces. Birds fly in and out of the area and enjoy eating the leftovers if these have not been cleaned away and the seats look quite shabby. 2. I asked for a birthday decoration in the room for my partner's birthday which did not happen.

Decent property, close to beach and night market. Staff at the property was very rude, and room service ends 9:30 but if you call 9:15 they will not take your order. Excellent hotel ~ if you book here you will not be disappointed. The pools are wonderful, the breakfast has a good selection of items to get a great start to the day, and the rooms are set up nicely and mine was very clean. My room (2206 pool view) was set up as a room with two twins or a king ~ the twins were pushed together nicely and the bedding was set up for twin beds, except the fitted sheet covered both beds ~ would be perfect for a couple, two friends, or a single traveller. It’s not in the busy Ao Nang beach area, it’s a lil more quiet, and I preferred this less busy beach myself. It’s a 2 block walk to the nightly Ao Nang market, which is a must do if you’re in Ao Nang. Love this Hotel!!!
